Cross Business Group

Our business entities have employees owning at least 49%, and payroll is paid from net earnings.

What's the big idea?

The new reality in small business is that we have to re-prioritize our business structure in order to attract the necessary capital.  As owners, we can elect to invest both our time and money into our business’s.  In our business model, we have elected not to have any fixed payroll, or salaries.  Our first priorities are to preserve equity and cash reserves, pay for operating costs, pay debt service, and declare and post net earnings.  Only when this is accomplished do we pay ourselves for our time we invested into our business.  Many times we can double the amount of declared net earnings.

Describe the nearest player in your field.

Typical Business Structures where Salaries and Payroll are a fixed expense, and most of the time employees and not building up net worth as the business prospers.  Owners / Investors / Banks have twice the risk factor with existing structures.  Hard to attract capital in today’s business climate.

How are you different from that player?

Our franchise will establish a new business model that makes business’s more profitable, therefore help attract working capital.  At the same time we include all employees to participate in build net worth as the business prospers.  We take more that 50% of the risk out of investing or financing.

How's the world different with your idea in it?

We can help the typical business become financially strong enough to attract capital again.  We also will spread the wealth on an earned basis as the employees take on part of the risk of business.  As they take on part of the risk we minimize the risk of investing in business for banks / investors.
