Seat Side Service is a mobile application for Android and iOS devices that serves as a platform of communication between entertainment venues and their consumers. One of the features Seat Side Service offers is the ability to order food, drinks and merchandise directly to consumer’s seats. At the same time it processes credit cards and provides venues less exposure by facilitating cashless transactions. The venders are usually paid on commission so if they can be directed to where supply is in demand then they can increase their overall sales. The application’s design is to benefit all parties

Their are a handful of competitors in our market but no one has established themselves as the industry leader. These competitive companies validate the problem and demonstrate the opportunity for a solution such as Seat Side Service.
How are you different from that player?
Our competitors are focused on the convenience factor, where Seat Side Service values engagement. If we can engage consumers at entertainment venues our organization can offer a variety of benefits to venues and their consumers. Seat Side Service is about enhancing the experience from both aspects.
How does this idea scale into a big business?
Our monetization scheme is founded by a transaction based business model. As consumers use our platform to purchase concessions and merchandise, our organization will charge a service fee for processing their transactions. In addition, we plan to adopt advertisements and sell big data analytics.
Why are you the one to run with this idea?
As a sports enthusiast, I experienced firsthand the frustration of inefficient concession management. I carefully designed and developed a product that benefits all of the users. I am very proud of the team I was able to build to solve this frustration and I am passionate about the solution!
What is a $5,000 experiment you can do to move your idea forward?
The $5K would go directly to test the product in various venues. Our organization is now in the process of developing relationships with entertainment venues that will serve as case studies for our product. We are planning to be in a handful of locations over the course of the summer to Beta test.
