What's the big idea?
With the SchedFull web-based software solution, office schedulers don’t have to manage a paper waitlist for clients/patients who want to be seen sooner, play phone tag which is never fun nor efficient, initiate cancellation fees to avoid last minute cancellations which patients dislike and might never return to your service, or overbook to avoid possible future cancellations which usually result with long wait time to see physicians (which we all have painfully experienced). SchedFull can integrate with your scheduling system or work independently.
Describe the nearest player in your field.
ZocDoc, instantly book an appointment with a nearby physician or dentist. ReRemind, a web-based appointment reminder service.
How are you different from that player?
Unlike the competitors, SchedFull will reschedule and fill in cancelled appointments along with sending reminders. SchedFull will confirm, reschedule and fill in cancellations automatically via phone/email/text depending on the client/patient’s response to their reminder incoming message.
How does this idea scale into a big business?
SchedFull is not only a solution for healthcare but for any appointment-based services including salons, rental properties, tax services and more. Eventually, SchedFull will be an application integrator with any scheduling software to improve efficiency and increase productivity in the office.
Why are you the one to run with this idea?
I have startup experiences including building and selling my MentalNote EMR technology. My partner, Tashfeen, is a self-taught coder, entrepreneur and radiology medical resident at Henry Ford HS. We are good friends, understand first-hand how healthcare is changing and are determined to improve it.
What is a $5,000 experiment you can do to move your idea forward?
We have a working beta product currently and the fund will be used for marketing on Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads and improving the website. Our goal is to get paid beta-users in 60-days to validate the idea before we go-to-market.
