Can companies that provide services to startups become members?
Occasionally we invite service providers that we see as value added to the community to become members and use the space as a secondary location. Admission is by invitation only.
What if I don’t know anyone to use as a reference from the ecosystem on the application?

Parking is located in the garage next door (Pearl & Ionia) and metered parking is available on the street. For regular auto commuters, The Dash is a free shuttle service that drops members off within a block of 40 Pearl and can cost as little as $30 a month in certain lots.

Can I move into a half-pod, then later a full-pod?
Office pods are leased out according to availability and need.
Can multiple people use one dedicated desk?
No, but you can have guests temporarily utilize the space if you’re present. For people you’d like to regularly work out of 40 Pearl, we recommend Drop-in Membership.
Can I reserve meeting rooms for free?
All members receive two hours a day in a conference room at no charge. Additional time is added to a member’s monthly bill. $30 for each additional hour.

What is an office pod?
An office pod is a private enclosure with a lockable door. Each comes with tables, chairs and desk lamps. A half pod seats up to three, a full pod up to six. Renters can bring additional furniture or accessories.
